At Pet Happy Tails, we take pride in providing high-quality pet products. Due to the nature of our business and the fast processing of orders, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days).
What Can Be Returned?
We only accept returns for items that are damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
How to Report a Damaged Item

Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged item.
Important Notes

Items that are not damaged cannot be returned.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
